Welcome to 1971

Yes, this was only 4 years later after that wholesome High School era!
However, completely disoriented by the drug culture (that's our excuse, anyway), we ended up married to completely the wrong people.
We didn't get together again for over 20 years.

This gives you a kind of flavor of the times we were living in.....

We lived in a communal house on Middlefield Road in Palo Alto & these are the only pictures we have of it or the hat. All we remember is that it was white with yellow trim.
The yellow was reflective road paint that was an amusing effect in the dark. Those were the days.........
